What problem? It works exactly the same on a 64bit system as on a
32bit and therefore requires no special instructions. I use Fedora10
x86_64 and the default eclipse that comes with it.

Building the source (i.e. the entire android operating system) *may*
be *slightly* more complicated on 64bit, but if you know your way
around linux package management systems (the applicable ones for your
install), these problems are trivial to overcome. This is, of course,
not relevant for the SDK.
