Yeah, go to Settings --> Security & location, and check "Enable GPS
satellites".
That should fix it.

If its off by 30 km, it means that it is using CELL SITE location and
NOT GPS.

If it still doesn't work, stand still in the middle of a wide open
field for half an hour.
