OPhone is based on Android SDK 1.1, so NOT all apps will work there. Also OPhone has changed the default Android layout/styles, what looks a perfectly fine app will look like sh*t on OPhone.
Now that might be a little nuances after I tell you the following: - The MMarket for OPhone website ONLY supports IE6 browser. - Filling out personal information would require a scanned bank card and your Chinese ID card. (not sure how this applies to foreigners at this moment). And the scanned images must be in zip or rar format. - Must upload at least 4 screenshots at 4 weird dimension: 160x120, 70x70, 135x180, 240x320 and each screenshot file size must be less than 15KB. I can understand this applies to J2ME phones, but come on, we are talking about Android phones with at least 240x320 dimension here. - Must upload 4 logos at different dimensions. Logo must be JPG format. - Must upload an animated GIF animation - Enter test report, must describe the app flow and user manual/instructions, and must be in PDF format And if you are an indie developer, you must pass the app test by a designated company (which happens to be owned by one of China Mobile's SVP and they take 10% as testing fees). Now after all these hassles, the app will be put into review stage forever, as they don't have immediate plan to publish the app to the mmarket right away. They just stock up the apps for future, batch release, I assume. My advice: stay as far as you can...
