There is absolutely no guarantee that if you follow those rules you will 
definitely get a coupon.

There is a section which lists "Definition of a functional Application that can 
be validated." (note the use of "can be validate", not "will be validated"), 
and there is a clear statement that if your app is not validated Archos don't 
have to tell you why, so you can meet all of those criteria and Archos may 
still not give you a voucher for a reason that you will never know.

imho the appslib page is worded so they could, if they wanted to,  only 
validate 10 or 20 apps and give vouchers to those developers even if they get 
50 submissions which meet all the criteria.

Although, as always, If you can point me at an Appslib or Archos official 
statements which says exactly the criteria you have to meet to be guaranteed a 
voucher I'll happily admit I was wrong.
