Good question but since it's like a Global phone, e.g. it works on any GSM
network, I would assume Google will release the updates. But again, for
people buying the phones from T-mobile, they would rather Tmobile release
OTA updates. So great question and I don't know the answer. An alternative
is a link to download the updates when available, but not everyone is
computer savvy enough to perform such upgrade with their PC.
