I've noticed on both the Nexus One and on the Droid that swiping from one homescreen to another has a choppy animation. The Droid Eris is way smoother, even though the GPU and CPU are much slower. Does anyone know why the homescreen switching is so Choppy on these phones, and can anything be done about it to fix it? It's really annoying and detracts from the polish of the phone.
