It looks like the reason for the slow delivery in the US was "production financing difficulties". This comes from the end of the 2nd paragraph of Archoses Q4 2009 financial report which you can read at http://www.archos.com/corporate/investors/financial_doc/ARCHOS_Q42009_EN.pdf
They did a rights issue and went to the banks for an extension to their overdraft at the end of last year, so I'd expect anyone who was expecting a voucher / A5 should have got one by now. Al.
