And unless their country doesn't have paid apps and you are referring to a paid app from a free app (common case). And unless the carrier has filtered out that app. And unless the app doesn't show up on someone's phone for reasons of Google's bug, or for other reasons not altogether explained, in countries where the user *should* see paid apps. >When coding, always > assume the worst.
