Interestingly it seems as if breaking things apart into the smallest atomic fractions, and releasing each as a separate app provides exposure across Market that's considerably higher than a full featured app could ever hope for. I went out like you did, and proudly integrated a lot of functionality, nicely architected to a data driven paradigm that leads to long app release cycles during which fresh content is added through a web server. All by the book like it's supposed to be done. Turns out in the consumer app world you don't seem to get much credit for that. Most users seem to think they get the greatest value when they receive app updates all the time, and they can get a gazillion of apps. I wonder if somebody studied that beyond me just saying that though. Would be interesting to find out. At any rate, from the perspective of pursuing "The Art", it's obviously frustrating, as you push out apk's at rapid rate... -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Discuss" group.
