Nice app, I like it.  Some suggestions:
1. Use the Android ActionBar.
2. Add the ability to flip photos.
3. Support device rotation.
4. Allow selecting multiple images from the gallery at once.
5. Refine the selection/comparison flow.  "Tap to capture" is misleading.
6. Icon is hard to read, and not evocative of what the app does.
7. Google Play lists the app as not compatible with my Nexus 7.
