At the very least there's the recently introduced (if not necessarily
available) Motorola Droid Razr I. If I'm not mistaken, there were a few
others that were done without Intel's help (but still using the Atom)
prior to that, and AMD has been very interested in Android, thus their
work with BlueStacks. If I had to guess, I'd suspect one of AMD's APU's
to become available in a smartphone or tablet in the not too distant future.
