Service Contracts, Field Service, & CRM modules
Required skills
· Strong PL/SQL technical skills
· knowledge of the Oracle 11i CRM modules
Clear understanding & Hands on Experience on Service Contracts,
Field Service, Install Base
Experience across the entire standard development lifecycle with
GL,AR, AP or Advance Collections
· Knowledge of Service billing a plus
· Solid communication and presentation skills
