Client: Information Technology Services (ITS) Work Location: 40 N Pearl St , Albany, NY , 12043 Scheduled Work Hours: 40 hours per week Duration of Contract: 30 Months Rate: $70 on C2C or 1099 Visa: H1B & Above Due Date: 1/22/2021 Short description: The consultant hired from this procurement will be responsible for the primary support of the Bureau of Refugee and Immigration (BRIA) application. The consultant will also be responsible for the development and administrative support of a new application (Shelter Management System (SMS)) within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment to assist shelters in streamlining their application, certification, inspection and corrective action processes. Additionally, they will provide expertise and guidance to lower level staff in support of our 40+ .Net applications belonging to the Office of Temporary Disability Assistance. Requested Qualification: 48Months Developing CRM Solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 84 month’s experience designing application architecture, developing & deploying n-tier asp.Net Web apps using vb.net web services. 60 month’s acting in advisory role to IT management in Web application architecture, software evaluation, POC, and mentoring developers in areas such as system architecture, design patterns, common system utilities, and secure Web application coding. 72 month’s experience coding with C# 36 months creating n-tiered applications utilizing Microsoft’s Entity Framework. 36 months creating n-tiered applications with JavaScript Framework (ie. jQuery, Wijmo) 12 months experience using Responsive Web Design such as Bootstrap. 24 months experience developing projects related to social services (for example, Food Stamps, Medicaid, HEAP, TANF) or accounting. 72 month’s development experience using Oracle and PL/SQL Packages, with experience in SQL programming. Bachelor's degree Day to day tasks: Primary development and support for the BRIA N-tiered .Net application. Primary development and support for the SMS hosted with Microsoft Dynamics CRM infrastructure Secondary support for 40+ .Net applications, provide guidance and mentoring to lower level staff Secondary administrative support of the 2015 Microsoft Dynamics infrastructure Assist with architectural overview of existing applications and new proposed applications.
