Cloud Developer – Application Developer
!!! US citizen and able to pass a public trust investigation !!! The Cloud Developer will support the DMSS program by working within an Agile, cross-functional team to design, develop, test, and deploy a new distributed application using C# .NET 5.0, Blazor, SQL Server, containers, Kubernetes, and RESTful web APIs. A Developer on the team works collaboratively with other team members to solve problems, test code, and develop and maintain the Azure DevOps code pipeline. They will provide feedback for continuous process improvement and participate in code reviews to help to maintain a high-quality codebase throughout the project lifecycle. A self-starter who needs minimal supervision, is curious about software, and comes with a team-first approach to the position is highly desired. RESPONSIBILITIES · Design and develop testable code using C#, HTML, Blazor, and Entity Framework · Develop and maintain unit and integration tests · Actively participate in Agile sprint planning and retrospectives · Participate as a team member in sprint demonstrations and presentations to product stakeholders REQUIRED SKILLS · Able to work independently on complex coding tasks within a single service or application · At least 5 years software development experience, preferably with C# and .NET · Developing unit tests with Unit/NUnit, xUnit, or other frameworks · Relational database design and development experience, preferably using SQL Server · Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills · Desire to work in a collaborative and team-focused environment · Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and solid troubleshooting ability · Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) certification; required within 8 months of start date DESIRED · Experience developing web-based applications, including use of HTML and CSS · Experience developing with component-based frameworks such as Blazor, Angular, or React · Experience developing or consuming services and RESTful APIs · Experience working with an agile team using SCRUM, XP, Kanban, or other Lean development approaches · Experience working with AWS or Azure services and cloud technologies · Knowledge of DevOps techniques and approaches to software development · Knowledge of Docker and containers · Knowledge of Kubernetes or other container orchestration technology · Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions · Knowledge of Behavior Driven Development (BDD) or Test-Driven Development (TDD) [image: Mailtrack] <https://mailtrack.io?utm_source=gmail&utm_medium=signature&utm_campaign=signaturevirality5&;> Sender notified by Mailtrack <https://mailtrack.io?utm_source=gmail&utm_medium=signature&utm_campaign=signaturevirality5&;> 07/12/21, 09:35:28 PM -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Discuss" group.
