Client is looking for a MSD CRM Technical Architect. The ideal candidate
should be responsible for enabling the design of conceptual architecture
and technical solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication is
required to collaborate effectively with in the team.
Location: This position will be based in Farmington, Connecticut, US
Travel Expectation: NA
Reporting into: Client Program Manager

*Responsibilities:*
 ·      The MSD CRM Technical Architect is responsible for enabling the
design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions.
 ·      This individual is responsible to use key performance indicators to
measure and test the quality of projects.
 ·      Encouraging and supporting your team in defining technical,
operational and user requirements.
·      Oversee the timely and effective resolution of client issues
·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent,
positive client interactions, including managing offshore teams
·      Understand the functional design based on business req and
participate in functional design reviews and gap fit analysis.
·      Proven exp in providing Thought leadership and defining Project
scope, goals, deliverables that support business goals in collaboration
with Sr. Management and Stakeholders
·      Experience in conducting project post mortems and create
recommendations report to identify successful unsuccessful project elements.
·      Support sales activities


*  Skills:*
 ·      10+ years of MSD CRM Sales
 ·      Knowledge/ experience in MSD Field Services Module is a plus.
·      A bachelor’s degree in a filed such as information technology,
business technology or engineering.
 ·      Excellent client management skills
·      Experience leading large complex technology projects
·      A background in managing global CRM teams and working with offshore
teams
·      Excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to
technical and non-technical stakeholders
·      Working independently with minimal supervision
·      Understanding common industry-standard business practices supported
by CRM
·      Extensive experience with CRM or other business management software,
especially Microsoft Dynamics
·      Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environments, Microsoft
SQL Server, HTML, Microsoft ASP, Microsoft .NET, etc
