*Qualifications for the Role:*

*●   Hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining ServiceNow*

*●  Must have good knowledge of ITSM, CSM, CMDB and ITOM*

*●   Hands-on experience with API integration across applications,
networks, and cloud environments.*

*Job Responsibilities:*

*●   Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate development and
rollout of new applications and workflows with minimal business impact*

*●   Focus on key Servicenow applications including case management,
configuration management database, knowledge base, workflows and reports*

*●   Working knowledge of the concept of spokes and integration into other
ITSM platforms, customer owned.*

*●   Work with Servicenow integrator to ensure requirements and
deliverables are met*

*●   Build on top of the deliverables assigned to the integrator including
building additional case management templates, modifications to existing
templates, migrating of existing workflows developed in Demisto into
Servicenow, maintaining and updating the configuration management database
(CMDB), and knowledge base.*

*●   Translate business requirements in the form of user-stories (JIRA’s),
into application specifications*

*●   Work closed with product management, operations and customer success
teams to flesh out and implement requirements*

*●   Ensure the latest release of ServiceNow is implemented in a timely
manner with minimal business impact*

*●   Maintain and provide continuous improvement of ServiceNow modules,
applications, and workflows*

*●   Identify and document best practices related to ServiceNow development
and core modules*

*●   Collaborate with Engineering and DevOps engineers on automation and
integration within the ServiceNow platform and with core systems related to
Security Operations Center*

*●   Develop and maintain custom integrations between ServiceNow and
third-party applications and services such as Salesforce, Clientsuccess,
Splunk, Microsoft Defender security products, Crowdstrike and Carbon
Black. *

*●   Provide feedback to peers, managers, and key stakeholders related to
development activities and backlog*



*The following certifications are highly desired:*

*●   ServiceNow Certified Application Developer*

*●   ITIL Foundations*

*Experience*

*●   4 + years of work experience in enterprise ServiceNow environment*

*Technical Skills*

*●   High level proficiency in ServiceNow and related business process
automation*

*●   Hands-on experience in JavaScript as it relates to ServiceNow*

*●   Working knowledge in one or more of the following areas:*

*○   Scripting (PowerShell, Groovy, Bash, or Python)*

*○   RESTful APIs*

*○   Automated processing & parsing of emails*
