Philadelphia , PA Bill Rate: $60 /hr C2C *Responsibilities * As a Test Manager , you will · Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices. · Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met. · Act as key point ofcontact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating, QA resources internally and externally. · Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers. Prepare overall test strategy for the program, including but not limited to Regression , end-end, performance and security related as applicable · Enable development and execution of test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated. . Estimation of test efforts and test planning activities. . Communicate regularly with stakeholders, help with release planning and metrics related insights to stakeholders regarding the health of the project. *Requirements * · 10+ years of experience in Testing and managing test teams · Testing Web Based Applications *Experience is a must.* · Must have good experience in both Manual and Automated Testing · Knowledge on Functional & test automation frameworks, Programming languages, such as Java & C# · Must know SQL queries to see interaction of Frontend Application with Database. · Must have good Aptitude and Understanding of Business Logic of Websites. · Must be able to handle Team of Testers, be hands- on and help the team in Testing. · Understand the Requirements thoroughly and should be able to build all Test Cases for different types of scenarios and based on business logic. · Must be able to make Test Plan and Effort Estimation Sheets for QA Phase and make sure the team completes Testing Phase on time. · Must know how to review Test Cases, How to Review Test Case Executions and should know how to give Defect Giving Sessions with the Developers and Testers. · Good experience in preparation and execution of test cases, Reporting of defects, preparation of Test Reports, etc. · Must be able to create various environments needed for various type of Testing. · Should be able to review Test Cases, Test Cases Execution Reports · Should have good sql queries knowledge to do database testing, database performance testing · Should have demonstrated knowledge of 1 or 2 test Automation tools – Selenium /UFT · Experience with defect management tool and integration of automation framework with Test Case Management tool -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Discuss" group.
