Agile / Scrum process *Candidate should have 7+ years of BA/TA experience and should be able to perform below activities:* - Should have 6-7 years of experience as BA/TA - Contact Center experience is must. AI experience is add on advantage - Should be able to discuss with Business team and gather business requirements and put own thoughts as well - Should be able to convert the Business requirements to functional requirements and subsequently to Technical requirements - Analyze the APIs for each integration and ask necessary questions to respective team and get detailed information - Should be able to write SQL queries as well - Strong JIRA experience is must and should have user stories writing experience - Should have working experience on Agile development environment - Bridging the gap in domain understanding between the client and technical team. Coordinating with the stake holders to translate the business requirements into actual project plan. - Identifying areas for automation Preparing test scenarios. Work with the testing team to prepare the testing plan, scope and other relevant documents and reviewing the test cases prepared - Should have worked in Agile methodolgy. - Should have experience in gathering metrics and present it to leadership - Actively engage in estimation of scope of work, while interacting with Project Managers/Lead. - Provide the Technical Assumption on scope efforts while evaluating business values/risks.
