- 8 to 15 years of total QA experience with Test management.
- Should have experience in hardware testing (preferably consumer
electronics)
- Experience with any scripting language is an added advantage.
*Job Description
:

- Responsible for managing a team comprising of QA & dev engineers.
- Interface to Infrastructure and development teams
- Setup racks and organization in the lab
- Arrange to bring new Infrastructure labs online
- “Boots on the ground” for client team
- Build the execution plans
- Align to cycle schedules
- Feedback impediments, risks, and status
- Deliver the output of the client managed Test team
- Build, maintain and communicate weekly & Monthly statistics / Metrics
- Understand customer requirements and convert them into user stories
and estimates.
- Work with the product managers and end users to define & document
product and feature functionality and requirements.
- Work closely with multiple internal teams to create, maintain and
evolve test plans and automation to drive testing.
- Actively participate in issue triage / troubleshooting and clearly
document processes used.
