Location : Remote in USA Experience : 10+ Job Description The candidate will facilitate and lead working groups within the project organization and act as the primary resource dedicated to documenting, designing, developing, testing, and deploying data and analytics solutions. The candidate is responsible for leading workshops and JAD sessions, conducting daily scrums, contributing to the designing and implementing a complex cloud data warehouse, as well as assisting with the migration of existing Data Lake into a new cloud platform. The candidate must have a thorough knowledge of traditional and modern BI stack; connecting to data sources, loading data into data warehouses, writing complex queries to extract data, developing reports such as KPIs, dashboards, or complex analysis. Technical skills and experiences with some or all of the following - Python, Spark, Hive, AWS services, Hadoop, Talend, Snowflake, Vertica, and Tableau - are strongly preferred SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS * Plan, facilitate, and document business requirements and formulate design recommendations * Communicate solutions and details on various views of the data environment to audiences * Lead and interpret business requirements into actionable technical requirements * Assist the project leadership as part of the PMO leadership team * Collaborate with other workstream leads to ensure the overall developments are in sync * Identify risks and opportunities of potential logic and data issues within the data environment * Collaborate effectively with the global team and ensure day to day deliverables are met MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree and 5-12+ years of experience in related data and analytics area * Strong experience with Tableau or Superset is a must * Strong familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools * Strong experience in Data and analytics projects. * 3+ years of manufacturing/Hi-tech experience preferred * Demonstrated knowledge of data solutions * Strong source to target mapping experience and ETL principles/knowledge * Data modeling experience using Erwin or similar * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
