Accessibility Tester Expert Key Responsibilities We are seeking a senior 
Accessibility Tester with in-depth knowledge on the field of WCAG and ARIA 
tagging.

The Accessibility tester will work with squads to find critical and high 
priority accessibility defects while supporting the training for the squad 
functional testers in the accessibility area.

Accessibility defects found will be reported to the squads, and entered 
into defect management tool.

The Accessibility Tester will also coordinate with the business 
accessibility manager when they need assistance validating or prioritizing 
defects; and to communicate the status of accessibility defects in each 
iteration.

The purpose of this testing is be to reduce the number of critical and high 
end WCAG 2.1 AA defects found in later part of software life cycle or in 
production.

*Experience/skills required:*

1.      3+ years of accessibility testing experience. Detailed knowledge 
and hands-on experience with WCAG 2.1 AA standard

2.      Must have knowledge and experience on ARIA. • 
Experience/Expertise using shortcuts and keystrokes

3.      Experience/Expertise with JAWS and NVDA for Windows, and VoiceOver 
for iOS

4.      Ability to interpret and advise based on WCAG 2.1 AA standards

5.      Familiarity with Accessibility Management Platform (AMP) and/or 
Deque AXE.

*Experience/skills preferred:*

6.            Certified IAAP Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS)

7.            Experience setting-up and configuring test tools and 
assistive devices for testing, such as JAWS and NVDA
