EDUCATION: Knowledge and understanding of business and technology as normally obtained through the completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technology related major. Exposure to formal project management practices, theories, and processes is also preferred. Master’s degree highly preferred. WORK EXPERIENCE OR RELATED EXPERIENCE: 5 years experience managing and leading team and partnering with business leaders and teams The ability and skill to provide day-to-day support and maintenance for the application as described as normally obtained through a minimum of 5 years of hands-on with application implementations and administration. 8+ years experience with project management, product development, leading portfolio of projects to success, vendor management and evaluation, and knowledge of Netsuite and Finance and Tech industries SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Excellent verbal communication skills and technical writing skills, presentation/facilitation skills and strong interpersonal skills are required to perform the functions as described. A proven ability to present information, effectively interact with others and work effectively with diverse personalities is essential. The ability to work collaboratively across business units with diverse work styles to develop business requirements for systems applications is required. In addition, requires the ability to work in a small team environment, where every team member contributes in the identification of system requirements, and works toward meeting deliverables and deadlines. Incumbents must be able to employ good analytical skills to perform needs analysis as described. Additionally the ability to develop and implement actionable work plans to meet organizational needs is necessary. The ability to plan and manage one’s own time, while working on multiple tasks and projects is critical. The ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks/priorities and the ability to work under strict, specific production timelines are required. Good organizational skills and a strict attention to detail are essential. Ability to review and produce work output in web-based applications. Knowledge of flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, and commuter benefits is required.
