The position requires a combination of skills with Qualtrics survey development, .Net Core programming, and SQL Server query development/programming. This position will be developing Qualtrics surveys, creating .Net Core console applications to process Qualtrics survey CSV files (and other types of data files), create data sets in SQL Server based on complex business logic, and export results to Excel spreadsheets.
