IAM Consultant
7+ years
- 5-6 years hands on experience working on Identity & Access Management
projects
- Assessment and documentation of IGA/IAM business processes and
requirements
- Develop IAM Strategies, Roadmaps and Assessments
- Ability to present and articulate IAM benefits, requirements,
solutions and strategies or roadmaps to both a technical and a
non-technical audience
- Knowledge of capabilities in common solutions (such as Sailpoint,
CyberArk etc.)and the practical experience of managing delivery of these
tools
- Experience in development of Scope, Strategy and High-Level Designs.
- Document the security for all phases of the project as well as
identify and document the deliverables
- Educate the project participants in their roles and responsibilities
for IAM
- PAM expertise will be desired
- Advise customer about IGA/IAM aspects of the implementation and
ongoing operation
- Deliver and discuss deliverables with customer
- Solicit feedback and coordinate delivery of feedback to various teams
- Document IGA/IAM Duties that includes
- Role identification and access assignment
- JML Processes
- User Self-Service
- Periodic access re-certification processes
- Enforcement of SoD as per defined SoD Framework
- Identify and Document Segregation of Duties Scenarios and compose
applicable access control rules
- Discuss Business Applications with Business Owners with a focus on
Access Control requirements
- Discuss Applications with Application Owners with a focus on Access
Control requirements
- Discuss Applicable Regulations with Compliance to identify access
control requirements
- Identify Access Control Requirements of the Business
- Excellent knowledge in IGA Products, AM Products and Directory
Services Products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Worked in onshore/offshore model
- CISSP Certification is desired
- Experience working in Onshore|Offshore model
- Expertise in CIAM, WAM and PAM
