- Person should have experience with Governance and Strategy related to
cloud
- Should understand platforms, applications, architecture in cloud
- On premises vs. Cloud (should be able to justify moving apps to cloud)
- Be able to explain:
- Security Threats
- What needs to happen
- Document Risks/ Controls/ testing
- Regulations/ Regulators/ Changes management
- Control testing
- How to manage the program
- How to manage the risks
A background in Cloud architecture will be helpful, but not a must
