*Job description:*
*Preferred Experience:*
- 10+ years’ experience in Payment’s technology and/or
Operations/Business - ideally both and previously worked as System Analyst
or Business Analyst.
- Extensive experience as an IT Business Analyst at major financial
services company
- CBAP or CCBA certification preferred
- SAFe or CSM certification preferred
*Payment Domain Knowledge base:*
- A strong business and technical knowledge in disciplines surrounding a
High and Low Value Payment Processing
- An understanding of an end-to-end flow of various Payment methods from
initiation to settlement and tracking
- Payment messaging such as MT, MX formats, ISO200022 standards and
FED/CHIP formats and interoperability among these formats
- Knowledge of or working experience of any payment hub or ecosystem
- *Payment platform knowledge (Atleast two): *
- Real Time payment, ACH Payment, FedWires/ Cross border Payment
- *Product: *
- FIS/World pay
- *Payment Network :*
- Swift
*Core BA Skills:*
- Written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
skills
- Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
- Business case development
- Modeling techniques and methods
- Requirement Management including Requirement Elicitation, Requirement
Packaging, Requirement Validation and Requirement Verification etc.
*Soft skills:*
- Interpersonal Skills
- Leadership, Negotiation and Persuasion Skills
- Analytical Ability
- Problem Solving Skills
- Decision-Making Skills
- Team player
