*Partner with client process teams to develop deep understanding of current state processes and be able to identify/analyze business requirements* *Partner with Business teams and Development team to design the end to end automation solution and take the lead on proposing optimal architecture for RPA solutions.* *Take lead in mapping current state process, evaluating automation potential (Impact-effort matrix) & designing a future state process to be documented in a PDD (Process Definition Document).* *Own, Drive & continuously improve the RPA Analysis process, and support the improvements of RPA development process.* *Design workflow solutions, architecture and support estimating the implementation costs for RPA.* *Demonstrate in-depth experience in Bot development, deployment, migration and platform administration, automation standards and best practices.* *Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key areas of the partner’s business where RPA solutions can drive significant business benefit.* *Work with business on value analysis for processes maximizing ROI of Automations.* *Develop Automations with the RPA developer team and perform vital knowledge transfer so that Automations meet the Customer’s expectation.* *Release management of production codes.* *Take lead on running Daily Management (daily standup meeting) with Business Analyst team.* *Requirements:* *8+ years of experience in Business Process Analysis and Ui Path Process Automation* *Experience with Development of projects, governance, and change management.* *Knowledge of MS SQL, web services* *Knowledge on any object oriented programming (c#, Python)* *Good understanding on all phases of Robotic Process Development Life Cycle that includes Requirement gathering, Feasibility check, Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Implementation.* *Competent in estimation techniques and methodologies* *Excellent communication skills (oral and written)* *Ability to mentor and guide RPA team members* *Worked in Agile project environment and exposed to different Agile methodology and ceremonies.
