*SAP TM Consultant* *Work location: NEW YORK, NY *ON SITE** *JOB DESCRIPTION* SAP Supply Chain/Transportation Management - S/4 Hana • Must have experience in S/4 HANA transportation management module and should have integration knowledge with FI, SD modules. • Experience in Fiori apps • at least 2-3 years of experience working with SAP TM basic and Advanced TM) • Completion of 1 full lifecycle SAP S/4 implementations of Basic and Advanced TM • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Iterative) • Strong ability to handle complex, high-profile projects. Complexity drivers include multiple integrated systems where new requirements need to be traced through the inter-related systems; multiple stakeholders across several departments; etc. • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to define the business need within the context of the project and then translate the need into requirements. • Excellent ability to partner in the business change and tackle projects across multiple process domains. Proven ability to lead the overall business analysis effort on large projects which demand multiple business analysts to delivery. • Proven ability to develop best practices for requirements gathering. • Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location *Responsibility:* • Work with Scrum team to design, configure the SAP S/4 system • Address and proactivity work on Inter team dependency across scrum teams • On your typical engagement, you will work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. You will initiate the requirement gathering, testing, complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution.
