exceptions
4. Excellent communication skills (no vague answers)
1. Education and SW development experience -
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science – Comp Science candidates are
generally better in data structures foundation
2. Candidates with 8-10 year experience generally do better.
Candidates with 12-15+ year experience generally lose touch with software
development/ hands-on coding skills
