We have an immediate opening for the below position, kindly let me know your interest with your updated resume at *bhara...@accurogroup.com <bhara...@accurogroup.com>*. *Through TCS.. * Day 1: remote, Long term: remote *Job Title* SAP Data Services Architect/Senior Developer *Technical/Functional Skills* - Must have minimum 8+ years of experience with least 4 project Implementation in SAP BODS (currently Data Services) ETL tool. - Excellent Understanding of Application Development Life Cycle and expertise in Data Modeling and Data warehouse and ETL applications. - Working knowledge of all the SAP BODS transformations and Experience of BODS scripting. - Well versed in using Data Services designer to extract and load data in formats such as Flat Files, Excel work sheets, XML, json from SharePoint, COGNOS, webservices along with system applications SAP ECC, SAP BW and Data Bases like HANA, DB2, Oracle, SQL server. - Experience in BODS Designer Components- Projects, Jobs, Workflow, Data Flow, Scripts, Data Stores and Formats. - To be Proficient in analyzing and translating business requirements to technical requirements and architecture and able to provide BODS estimation effort. - Worked extensively on mapping documents (after re-verify with clients) and create the HLD and LLD documents for the developer - Well versed with Data Quality and Data Profiling activities in BODS - Should have experience in Performance tuning and Job run time optimization. - Bridging technical gaps of the developers and ensuring technical standard is met in the entire delivery - Client communication and team management *Preferred Skills/Experience:* - Participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews - Provide SAP Data Services development support to larger development team - Exposure in BODS performance tuning techniques using parallel processing (Degree of Parallelism), Multithreading, Partitioning, and Database Throughputs to improve job performance - Experience in different types of transformations like Query transformation, Merge, Case, Validations, Map- operation, History Preserving and Table Comparison transformations - Understanding of common business functional areas to understand applications using both IBM Datastage and SAP Data Services - Understanding the basic migration steps for ETL tool migration process. *Experience Required* 10-12 years of total IT experience.
