Job Title: *Senior Network Engineer/VoIP Engineer * Location: *San Jose, CA / Hybrid* Client: *Santa Clara County* Visa: *USC & GC & H4 EAD & L2Ead* Experience: *7 + Years* Duration of Assignment: *6 month Contract * Interview: *Two Round of Virtual Interview* Objective: Resources will need assistance with deploying Cisco FIPS-compliant firewalls in various departments within Public Safety and Justice and various quantities. Typical Deliverables: • Objective – Assist with firewall deployment and configuration at PSJ site(s) • Assess – Assess design criteria to ensure knowledge of desired outcome • Recommend – If there are best practices that can improve the deployment of firewalls provide that as a recommendation to county network engineers. • Implement – Implement firewalls as agreed to with county network engineers • Test – Participate in testing and validation of encryption method. • Support and Maintain – Support and help maintain deployed configurations that have successfully passed testing criteria. • Knowledge Transfer – Share any new insights with county network team for future use in deploying this technology.
