Strong communication skills are required as associate will be dealing closely with key customer stakeholders within the company. *Essential Requirements:* · Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations ITSM/ITOM/ITBM/Service Portal etc. Familiarity and experience with Agile development practices including Sprints, User Stories, etc. · Designing, developing, configuring, testing, deploying and supporting solutions for ServiceNow platform, but not limited to, form configuration, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, custom scripting and third-party software integrations · Provide ServiceNow development assistance to customers including, Experience using scripting languages such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML, or Angular JS.
