So, if I specify LOCAL_CERTIFICATE := platform, would the apk be usable on any user's device? Or would it have to be a device running a version of android that I signed? Additionally, is it possible to perform this functionality via the eclipse plugin? I see options to set the debug keystore, but not much else.
