The packages/apps/Phone.git shows up first, with the path src/com/android/phone/*Dialtacts*Activity.java<http://www.google.com/codesearch/p?hl=en#r4Q5vzOJY9U/src/com/android/phone/DialtactsActivity.java&q=dialtacts%20package:android> and the resources etc, are in that git project. Someone needs to make the above search tool more visible.
