Please do follow the below instruction.

1. Apply patch linux-2.6.21_rx-34_android-m5-rc14.bz2 (Not patchv2 or
patchv3 please)
2. Apply this patch [ 
http://www.nuuneoi.com/files/android_touchscreen_neov2.diff
]
3. Update Kernel using flasher-3.0

* Now you can toggle touch screen mode between Maemo and Android using
                               "echo z > /proc/sysrq-trigger"

4. Add "echo z > /proc/sysrq-trigger" line to start_android shell
script
before line "umask 000"

It should looks like this.

...
echo z > /proc/sysrq-trigger
umask 000
chroot /media/mmc1 /init


That's all.
