After months of hard hack work, I can run android in omap730/omap850 based smartphone.
You can look some pictures at: http://hi.baidu.com/androiddiy/album/android%CA%D6%BB%FA%BF%AA%B7%A2%B0%E5 The status of this android phone: 1. can be boot from uboot 2. android can be booted from sd card, nandflash(yaffs works) and NFS 3. LCD and touchscreen work fine. Touchscreen will calibrated in the kernel. The method is adapted from tslib 4. keyboard also works fine 5. rdnis works so it will be easy to do browse in web I think it is possible to run android in any omap730/omap850 based smartphone if this smartphone in the market has nandflash. The next plan: 1. port android 0.9 beta 2.
