Short Answer = NO.

Long Answer = if someone made it possible, yes. Don't expect it to
come from the manufacturer though. Expect to void your warranty and
brick your mobile if anything happens to it. Chances of Android
working "perfectly" on your unit made possible by some developer
online is next to Zero.
