Hi, List I am working with Android-x86 project. The version of it is 2.6.29 (on donut).
I installed android-x86(1.6 donut) on several PC and tested. And I found Intel G43 chipset is not supported. Only G31 chipset is supported now from my testing. I discussed this with people and they told me that current linux kernel version of Android-x86 donut is too old one for G43 chipset. One guy said that .31 is the first really usable version across all chips and .32 is even better So I believe that at least with linux kernel version 2.6.32 I could use G43 chipset. I'd like to know when linux kernel 2.6.32 will be used in Android and Android-x86.
