(1) these are standard errors, try out in google. (2) BTW why arm is in the picture? ARM is not supposed to be in the picture if you are building for x86.
Donot pass ARCH=arm, if you are building for x86. Building kernel is simplest step in android porting to hardware, so stay cool and proceed. (3) Another suggestion setup emulator and do adb pull /proc/config.gz (A) just do make menuconfig, save config and make -j2 extract this and copy this .config to kernel directory, and then do the seps mentioned in (A) (4) What is your H/W based on? ARM/X86?
