For ease of use, check out backtrack's ARM image (you do need root for this, btw) at backtrack-linux.com. its a rather involved process that basially installs a full linux distro onto a partion on your sdcard. you might want to check out the macspoofer source and see if you cant cross-compile with ndk, though I imagine the lack of the libc6 library will cause some problems.
