Try here. It really depends on which phone you are using, but I've built my 
4.0 kernel for the Nexus which is an omap hardware profile from this
http://source.android.com/source/building-kernels.html

To figure out which hardware you have, get a program from the Play Store 
called Android System Info (along those lines).
