I would love an android build with fq_codel enabled? on something?

It doesn't work well yet on wifi (as for why,
see last week's preso on it from linuxcon/ELC at:

But I intend to make a focus of the bufferbloat project next year to
fix wifi on android, if a reasonable chipset for the debloating work
can be found. And funding.
