Apparently Android 4.2 introduced new software
from Broadcom that implemented a new bluetooth stack. Unfortunately,
this new software does not work with the Nexus 7
(see http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=39633).

Perhaps the problem is caused by the fact that a non-Broadcom
chipset is used on the Nexus 7, one that has not been tested
with the Broadcom software?

Does anyone have knowledge of the status of this issue? Is
this something that will have to be fixed by Broadcom?

Thanks,
Dominick
