So disabling ANDROID_ALARM_ELAPSED_REALTIME_WAKEUP is not enough. After 
installing gapps the behaviour comes back because of a repeating RTC_WAKEUP 
alarm. 

Looks like com.google.android.gsf broadcastIntent.

Why is a google service creating an RTC alarm?
