Is the Qualcomm snapdragon the predominant ARM processor used for mobile
devices and for Android in particular? Which tablets and cell phones are
currently using snapdragon?

Also what is the least cost target platform that had snapdragon and where can I
find a Linux kernel that supports the target?

thanks for any assistance.
