I have a Sony Xperia Tip ST1i2 with the following code

phone crashes randomly with the following kmsg:

This is in kernel/arch/arm/mach-msm/smd.c but I can not figure what creates
this problem ? Is it a misbehaving app or a HW issue.
Has anybody an idea what to look for ?
