Hi Mark,

I basically abandoned this approach and went with a different approach
with using a shared library sdk addon.  Seems to work but I'm running
into other issues now that is now sorta unrelated with my original
question.  Once I'll find the time, I'll reexplore building the
windows emulator from the sdk. Good luck and sorry if I couldn't
answer your question.
