Hi My Observations - Audio players read /system/etc/asound.conf or ~/asoundrc file to get the hardware info. I was not having these files, so player was sending output stream to default device (which was midi in my case). So player was working fine but I was not getting any sound. I Created asound.conf file and it started working fine. I dont have asound.conf right now, I'll send it next mail.
