For a site-specific change it seems you can add it to $HOME/.android/ adb_usb.ini
For a proper, lasting change you would edit it into core.git adb/ usb_vendors.c and rebuild. And if you like spending a day figuring out why it stopped working after an upgrade, there's always the "hex edit the binary" solution...
