General setup -> Configure standard kernel features.
For reference, if you do:
make nconfig
...it will build and run the fast ncurses based kernel.conf editor. Once
that's running, you can search for any config symbol with F8, and it'll
tell you where to find it. Very handy (that's what I used to search for
the above).
